Couldn't wait to get chair and it fully exceeds expectations great price for this great chair I know people that paid 6000 for a chair that does the exact same thing as this one for 1500
It took longer than 7days to get here. There was no tracking number & customer service wasn’t very helpful. I tracked down the 2 company’s delivering & a couple calls to each to find out at least a specific day. Don’t expect anyone to bring it the house. Thank gawd my neighbor was home. The delivery man had a lift to lift it into the doorway, we than dragged the box across the floor(dirty box). Back side of chair has rollers so it can be lifted by 2 people to move it once it’s outta the bulky box. This chair is for no baby’s, I like deeper massage so I was able to familiarize myself with the different intense modes. You feel like your getting beat up at times but it does give cause for a good laugh. The only part I’m not quite use to yet is the calf , foot part, that still hurts my calves when the air bags inflate. If your claustrophobic this chair may not be for you, when all the bags inflate, I did feel trapped. After some deep breathing I got through the cycle. Over all though I think it’s a good chair, I have seen these chairs for quite a bit more. It seems to be pretty sturdy the track & rollers.
I hesitated for 2 months before I made up my mind to make this purchase and so far, I made the right decision. Set up was super simple and straightforward and this thing is very user friendly. The control pad is easy to navigate through and adjust to your desired comfort level. I bought this to put in our company housing where there are 3 of us and we are all different sizes & shapes. I am just over 300lbs, built like a linebacker and I fit comfortably in this chair. My salesman is 6'2", slender and my other coworker is 5'6" & stocky..we've all fallen asleep every time we use it! I will be buying another for my own cabin up north!
